• Constructability Review: Evaluate designs for feasibility and efficiency.
• Contractor Pre-Qualification: Develop and manage the contractor pre-qualification matrix.
• Tender Documentation: Review tender documents and participate in techno-commercial negotiations
• Bidder Recommendation: Recommend preferred bidders for contract awards.
2. Project Management (During Construction)
• Critical path and schedule review.
• Resource and anticipated cash flow planning.
• Progress and performance tracking.
Quality Management
• Timely inspections and testing.
• Daily supervision and maintenance of quality logs.
• Material reviews, approvals, and snag list implementation
Cost Management
• Bill checking and cash flow monitoring.
• Evaluate impact of changes and variations.
• Develop cost forecasts and compare actual vs. budgeted costs.
Safety Management
• Conduct safety audits and enforce work permit implementation.
• Daily supervision and documentation.
• Conduct safety training for workers and supervisors.
3. Project Management (Post-Construction)
• Final reconciliation and extra item settlement. • Prepare project completion reports. • Assist with as-built drawings and handover documentation.
